@steevc just finished a 6.04km run, that lasted for 37 minutes.
This run helped steevc burn 454.0 calories.
Description from Strava:
It is warming up again here and could be well above 30C next week. I will keep trying to run when it is cooler. Today was intervals as I keep mixing up my runs each week.
It went pretty well with similar times to recent runs. I am getting under 5min/km at some points up the hill so my legs are moving quicker for short bursts. Five of those was enough for me today.
I was pretty warm by the time I got back for breakfast. I had a good lot of raspberries from the garden with my granola. One of the cats was looking out. We have the mesh on the door as she is not allowed out and it is nice to get some air.
According to @run.vince.run the @strave2hive service will probably have to change as Strava to not allow using the API for public posts. That will be a shame as it is very convenient to just write it up in the app and add a photo to get a Hive post. I do really like Strava as it gives me lots of useful data on my runs, so I will keep using it.
As for Hive, I could still post screenshots from Strava and do the writeup on Hive with some photos. It might be possible for @strava2hive to see when I do that and look up the calories from my activities for the weekly league table. People like the 'gamification' aspect, but it is a good excuse to create Hive posts that may earn a little. I try to always add some value with my write-ups.

If you didn't know I've been getting downvoted for a long time on Hive
They have been trying to bully me with downvotes and words but it doesn't affect me I've been online for over 25 years
So I've dealt with people like this before it's nothing new
But what they are doing is bad Very badi joined steemit like everyone else thinking it offers freedom but I must say steemit offered much more freedom than Hive does

I've been doing the treadmill more lately because I feel I need to give my arms a rest from the weights. The pain in my shoulder was getting unbearable, so I hope this helps. Tomorrow I will probably skip my workout since we will have our great niece sleeping downstairs and I won't want to wake her.
You need to get over that shoulder issue, but do what you can. I'm doing my best to avoid injuries as it's going so well.
I should probably go back to the physical therapist, but it's so expensive and time consuming. If anything, I think I need to dial my weight back so I can focus more on proper technique when lifting. That will likely alleviate a lot of my problems.
