You Gutless Downvote Trail Cowards.....

It’s more like a dictatorship then a social media platform. There are more behind the back, gutless and spineless wannabes jumping on the “Newsteem” downvote trail.
It’s not bad enough that the author rewards got slashed because the whales want all the payouts to themselves. The #newsteem allowed a free downvote, which is unjustifiably being used on content creators with proper posts.
I got monkey slammed last week with a downvote by @ocdb and whoever joined his downvote trail. He or she actually wrote a comment on my post, which I took the time to reply to. My reply was very thorough and long story short. I asked if he even read the post before he slammed with his ball less minions. Of course he was to much of a coward to actually answer me.
I took the time to look up everyone of the people on that downvote trail. The only whale was @ocdb the rest are just a bunch of assholes looking for the crumbs the whales leave behind praying for their upvote.
What a complete circle jerk......
Now two of my friends on the platform got slammed by the ignorant assholes trying to promote their quality content.
Just to let all you #newsteem wannabes are gonna be the only ones left on this platform if this shit keeps up. Posting is down people are leaving by the dozens. The programmers couldn’t get a hardfork programmed right on the first try if their life depended on it.
All of us have been grinding away for two years or more and now you all want to pull the rug out from under us. That’s a real smart business decision whales. When the dozen or two dozen of you are the only ones left what happens then?
Steem will never see it’s true potential with greedy assholes controlling it’s ever move. Smart businessmen listen and figure out ways to make it work for all. I’ve been in business for nearly 30 years and take great pride in what I’ve accomplished. None of you gutless assholes could even look in a mirror without it breaking.

Of course nobody replied because they never even looked at the post. The worst part is these guys all say that all bid bots are bad. Then when I call one on getting a Tipu upvote he tries to tell me that he didn't pay for it so it's different. Really they gave ypu a 5 bucks upvote? Let's say they did just means he took the money that Tipu made off people investing in votes. So if you make a deal with the bad bid bot then ypu are in the wrong but they gladly take money from the bad bid bot when it helps them. Hypocrites! Resteemed brother and very true!

Oh my, bestie!!! I am like cracking up with your last statement. You definitely spoke your mind. I can’t believe that you did not receive a response to your comment/message. You approached the downvote in a very level-headed way, and it is understandable that it infuriated you not be responded to in a timely manner or to address your concerns head on. Instead, they continued.
Kudos to you for posting this article, bringing to the forefront the possible malicious intent behind downvoters actions.

If you egregiously self-upvote yourself with large stake, you can expect it to happen. Otherwise things are looking up for content producers since whales actually curating instead of renting their stake to bid bots.
How do random, it’s been a while. Not sure of the whole story but from the sound bites I’ve heard it feels as if silver community has been hit with the shit stick...one reason I think this is because when they broadcast their 2019 silver round post(which is pretty huge for the steem community) they got down voted for using bot to promote the post and I’ve not seen many silver-post that have eared huge payouts like I see still happening with others(not to say they don’t deserve, but spread the wealth if that is going to continue). Seems silver community deserve some love as they are one of the tightest groups I’ve seen on steem blockchain...maybe I’m wrong here as I don’t keep up with everything but seems there are better fish to fry

By The Way I did use @tipu on my Steemmonsters Post a couple of Days ago and I had no Intention on Using the Bidding Services anymore. I even Stated in my Post that I was going to use 27 STEEM to the Post Trending. That is all I am going to Say. if STEEM dies I don't care.

I got hit again on my nomination post yesterday. The only thing keeping STEEM alive is the ridiculously long time it takes to powerdown. I'm debating if I still want to make the nomination post on Sunday for our group. NewSteem is really sucking balls.

I have followed you on here since early 2018 and consistently found you to produce amazing quality posts, I remember the posts from your business especially with the custom carved woodwork kitchens - just incredible.
I know the Steem Silver Gold community is a big one, and I love seeing the various acquisitions you make and the story behind them. Many of the friends I have made on the Steem Blockchain are Silver Stackers, and while I don’t actively stack myself it doesn’t make the value of the posts every stacker makes valuable. The Silver Community brings valued users to the Steem Blockchain, and advertises it to a much wider base of investors - that to me is something we should support and grow.
I have no influence over what happens, but I do want to see all our investments in the Steem Blockchain grow. Right now I have more then enough real life stress to deal with, without being the piggy in the middle of Blockchain arguments. But if anyone would care to listen, I believe the Steem Silver Gold community adds real value to the Steem Blockchain - and should be supported and encouraged.

I truly appreciare your input and respect you and your understanding of what is going on. You are a witness which makes it even harder on your end. Both #thealliance & #steemsilvergold are very important communities here. You would think that they would listen to us more. They dont really give a shit about anyone but themselves and that is going to be the downfall. Greedy people always get theirs in the end. I honestly dont care about the money i've spent on Steem anymore, i hope the coin goes to ZERO. Sorry I know you have a lot invested, but thats how they have made me feel.

ocdb downvoted with relatively small downvote (see https://steemd.com/steemsilvergold/@silverd510/its-fiesta-tuesday#@ocdb/pyq467 and voting details), some flags followed, but it wasn't a massive bombing. The post retained enough value to be envied by many.
This is the "downvoting trail" that silverd510 cries here about:
Whopping number of 12 accounts that could be followers in the trail. And it's worth noting that those accounts power level is (sorted in order of value, rounded up):
At 3% downvote one can consider that only first three biggest downvotes were noticeable at all. For example, downvote from matt-a, with his almost 130000 SP is listed on steemit as -0.02$.
But, even after that incredible bombing, the post was left with some value. Here are the rewards that silverd510 got for that post:
That's 7 ST and 7 SP.
Most of that comes from tipU and silver-hammer.
And, for comparison, here's how much silverd510 paid for the tipU upvote on that, which caused ocdb to react:
That's 9 ST.
Paid from silverd510 wallet.
So, if noone else upvoted, and if ocdb downvoted harder, and pushed this post down to zero$, silverd510 could lose full 9 ST.
Of course it didn't happen. In the end, silverd510 earned something like 5 ST in SP. But he could lose that 9 ST instead of having guaranteed income from vote bought from tipU.
Now, question to all readers. You hate bots, or love them. You hate self-votes, or not. You agree with ocdb or not. Alright! But take that aside from a moment, and think about someone who

for 9 ST, worth close to $1.25, that he did not lose?
I'm guilty here of a small misinformation, because silverd510 also referred to his "two (...) friends (...) [that] got slammed by the ignorant assholes trying to promote their quality content". They might have lost much more, and silverd510 may be furious about his friends being hit and not about that 9 ST, but I cannot assess that - account names were not disclosed.
Obviously, this guy doesn't know what "slammed" means, much less 30 years of business experience.
Those posts would have been easily zeroed had one or two more parties chose to jump in. Hell, plenty of folks receive full strength Rancho downvotes for less.
Maybe you should look at the other two posts that had payouts over $8 that got downvoted to a $3 post as well.
I dont shit post so if i want to try and promote myself with my Steem there shouldn't be an issue. But the pure ignorance of these downvote trails is wrong.
Don't disagree, but that's just ordeal now. Forcing the "bots" into some sort of manual curation versus selling votes all the time.
Mistakes can happen. Without looking deeper, most people would think you are part of a circlejerk.
What I'm saying is...it could be worse.
