Afternoon Run

I just finished a 6.008km running that lasted about 0hh:32mm:16ss !

Lunchtime 6k with my fur buddy. Was slipping around everywhere! Ray needed hosing down in the garden afterwards. Still great to get out ay lunch, good to break up the working from home day
