I'm going to think this over more. I'm not 'infuriated' as you say it. I'm frustrated. I can appreciate what you did and pull the positives out. I can see you're trying to help and I can respect that. I don't want the guy to have a criminal record but at the same time, I'm so sick of being pushed around. My art and writing, even if it is fucking weird at times; it means a lot to me. That screenshot of a messed up story I wrote was intended to be dark humor. It's fiction and even tagged fiction. I don't understand why this guy continuously takes things out of context in order to ruin me.

Do you folks realize if someone clicks those Blurt ads and sees all that nonsense the way it's presented, Blurt looks really bad. Say someone on Twitter picks up a post from Hive, sees WTP's drama, becomes curious, clicks. Instantly, everyone on Blurt looks like a bunch of fucking morons. Maybe you folks are happy to see those people in those links go down, for whatever reason, but when people outside see that, it looks like pure insanity. Then it says go to Blurt. So I pointed this out with the hopes you folks would realize how dumb you all look for supporting that. Do you realize those ads can be seen by simply stumbling into a Hive post after googling? Those people are not aware of the context. All they see is pure insanity. And because WTP refuses to speak to me like a rational human, but listens to you folks, I thought you folks would be able to step in, talk to him, and get that sorted out. Those ads are all in Blurt's name. Not a good look. I was trying to help.

And yes, there are massive penalties for that kind of shit. Any consumer out there could take that ad, report it, and sue. All they have to do is say they were being misled. Then it becomes Blurts problem. Okay?

And yes, I could also sue. But I didn't want to. I wanted to talk it out but nobody there wants to talk because you think I'm just a troll.

Now that I've put more thought into this. I'm still heavily leaning towards filing criminal charges against Dan. There would be no criminal charges if it was just a civil suit. But because of this post published on Blurt, once again smearing me, and that comment under it, I see where everyone stands. And I truly don't have the patience for this anymore.

Thanks for everything though. I see he's claimed full responsibility so that should help clear up any confusion now. Those ads will haunt Blurt forever but that's not my problem now. Like I said, you folks don't really understand the gravity of the situation.
