Finish the Tale. Story #76 - The Evening Message

At 11:59 p.m., every phone in the city received the same message. It is nothing unusual just a short and sweet message of 'Good Night, sleep and rest well'. Everyone in the city that uses a specific sim card always receive this message every night at 11:59pm. It was a bit mysterious and creepy at first as the sms number where the message originates is from the official sms number of the sim card operator and the message they received every night seems to be unintended and looks to be for specific person that the sim operator wants to deliver the message.

Further investigations were conducted following a week of continuous message being sent to everyone on the city at 11:59 pm. It turns out that the message being sent to everyone at 11:59 pm at night was intentional by a technical lead in hopes that her loved one will eventually go back to him as it has been years that her loved one have left him and it was also found out that it was 11:59 pm at night as well when she left. They decided not to further punish the technical lead but instead instruct him to adjust the message delivery process
