Remixing art from the 1600's: A Garland of Flowers

I have been busy with life things and in a bit of an art slump, I decided to browse artvee and see if any inspiration came forth...

This is the result (I actually made multiple variations which you can see in my tweet at the bottom of the post!)

The original art that I remixed:

A Garland Of Flowers Surrounding The Virgin And Child

I imported to my art software and removed the square in the middle with the portrait, then I glitched the image in various ways.

I recomposed parts and adjusted the values and saturation to make this:

Then I cut out another collage with the flower and used that as a background in mosh, the result s the two layers with a blend mode and some glitching in MOSH
