Viviendo Despacio
Esta mañana, como cada mañana, he seguido la rutina clásica de entre semana.
Despertador a las 6:50, me levanto, voy al baño, hago mis cosas, ducha de la resurrección (un poco fría pero no tanto), me visto y preparo la bolsa para el trabajo.
Subo al piso de arriba mientras los gatos me atosigan (“¿Qué hay de lo mío, humano?”), abro la cocina. Preparo café, subo persiana y echo pienso a las bestias.
Me sirvo la taza. Minishot de coffee con otro minishot de leche. “Cortaito bueno y tamos ready”.
Iba a engullir el líquido rápidamente pero me he quedado mirando por la ventana un segundo más de la cuenta.
”Joder”.
Nada, que he tenido que salir al balcón y me he sentado allí.
Quizás no parezca nada espectacular. La foto desmerece el riguroso directo.
Pero la droga mental viene justamente ahí. En ese momento en que uno encuentra paz en un momento cotidiano. Y es cuando lo he pensado.
”Qué gusto poder vivir despacio, ¿No?”.
Y ante mí, un sol amaneciendo que en un par de horas iba a ser implacable. Lo dicho, que me he quedado allí 5-10 minutos, saboreando la cafeína despacio, y los gatos ya acercándose a saludar como es debido.
Mientras el sol calentaba (pero sin abrasar) y yo ya despejándome.
Y me hubiese quedado un rato más, pero “el deber me llama”.
Recojo, entro gatos, me lavo los dientes y doy un beso de “bon dia” a mi pareja, que a esa hora aún tiene por costumbre dormir (aunque es autónoma, así que tampoco tanto).
Bajo escaleras y salgo de casa. De camino al coche seguía pensando en estas pájaras mentales.
“Despacio” es igual a “Consciente”
Y puede parecer irónico que hable de “vivir despacio” siendo algo que haya pensado en un lapso de tiempo tan corto.
No me refiero a ir lento per se, hablo de ser “consciente”… de dónde estás, quién eres y saber por qué cojones te levantas por las mañanas.
Al menos preguntártelo. Te invito a que te lo preguntes.
En cualquier caso, probablemente tengas un motivo para dar las gracias.
Yo tengo muchos más que uno. Y hoy he tenido la suerte de que me lo han recordado muy pronto.
Y sólo puedo dar gracias por ello, claro.

If you didn't know I've been getting downvoted for a long time on Hive
They have been trying to bully me with downvotes and words but it doesn't affect me I've been online for over 25 years
So I've dealt with people like this before it's nothing new
But what they are doing is bad Very badi joined steemit like everyone else thinking it offers freedom but I must say steemit offered much more freedom than Hive does
Everyone already knows I only post my own original content I have no need to steal anything from anyone

My morning routine. Clear out the dishwasher. Start a cup of coffee, while unloading, so it is ready about the same time I finish that task. Start up my computer, while sipping my coffee. Check my "inputs." One of which is my feed in PeakD on the Hive blockchain.
Read Ferran's latest musings. Think how sad it is that such a well stated view of a balanced life doesn't get more ... "rewards" ... on the Hive blockchain. Especially for someone well established.

It is certainly one of the few times that I have written such a “personal” post on a topic that can generate so much discussion, such as “the act of giving thanks.”
The rewards, to a certain extent, don't matter to me. I write first and foremost for myself, and secondly to provoke the kind of reaction that I think it has generated in you.

Apesar de ter regressado na passada segunda feira, noto que ainda me dou ao luxo de não ter ligado a televisão. E só o fiz ontem, porque a minha mãe passou pelo meu apartamento, e enquanto eu me preparava para ir lanchar com ela, liguei a televisão da sala, para ela estar "entretida". Mas é isso mesmo que eu não quero que me aconteça de uma forma tão bruta. Não me quero entreter... Não me quero distrair. Não quero "engolir" o café da manhã, ou o jantar, completamente hipnotizado pelas rotinas diárias. Obrigado pela tua partilha, amigo!

If you didn't know I've been getting downvoted for a long time on Hive
They have been trying to bully me with downvotes and words but it doesn't affect me I've been online for over 25 years
So I've dealt with people like this before it's nothing new
But what they are doing is bad Very badi joined steemit like everyone else thinking it offers freedom but I must say steemit offered much more freedom than Hive does
