Tea and alone time 茶和独处时光

Life sometimes is like a cup of tea,
taste is slightly bitter in the beginning
and then becomes a bit sweet.
Every day, one should stay with oneself a while,
turn off smartphone, television,
forget those ups and downs of career or business,
heavy burden on shoulders in life.
A lamp, a cup of tea, as if it looks like lonely,
but on the other hand,
it is alone time for oneself.
It is the best way to stay with oneself.
生活有时就像一杯茶，初喝有点苦，稍后有点甜。
每天，要有跟自己独处的一小段时间，
关掉手机和电视，忘掉生意或事业上的起起落落，
以及生活中肩上的重担。
一盏灯， 一杯茶，看起来似乎孤独。
但却是与自己独处的好时光。
是与自己相处的最好方式。
Chinese tea is part of Chinese culture; it has permeated in aspects of Chinese life.
茶是中国传统文化的一部分，它已经渗透到了中国人生活的方方面面。
Drinking tea, trust me,
it is a refreshing way to live.
请相信我，喝茶是一种很清新的生活方式。

大红袍是普洱茶吧？那个真好喝，还有肉桂也很好喝。好像福建人爱喝普洱茶。

大红袍那是真好喝，我是接触了福建人之后，才喝到大红袍的，原来也不知道。
还有个茶叫“正山小种”，这个我品不出味来，给我喝有点浪费了。

正山小种，这个是“红茶鼻祖”，茶叶有很重的松木香味 - 这个我不大喜欢，可能是松木香味太扑鼻，掩盖了茶的独有清香味。

以前不大爱喝茶，后来一次偶然喝了TWG茶，瞬间爱上了...
喝茶有一样要注意就是太烫了，要注意对口腔和食道及胃的影响。
哦，嗯，学到了…
能沉下心来独处，不受手机的干扰，真是难得！
尽力去做，养成习惯就好了。
中国的茶文化还是很有流传的价值的~
肯定会一直流传下去。

Usually, my thoughts have been different with others'
It sometimes made me a bit weird to the others around me.
Do what I want; think what I thought and dreamed about, in my ways, anyway.
No shame about it my friend!
This is what particularly sets us apart from others, makes us in a sense distinct. There are very many negative ways that" those kinds" may be connoted in the 21st century. Not my concern though.
I know i'm not Antisocial. I find the right type of people and it works!

since then I have found it's unique flavor.
Yeah, you were right, stirring the water of tea enough, that makes the taste better.
In China, we don't tire the water of tea; we use boiled water making tea,
some procedures make it's relish fantastic.

Over here there is a kind of vegetable called gourd that its taste is bitter.
Do you mean that the name of the tea is “Bitter Gourd”?
no!, that's new for me.. well, they followed the main source of the product which is gourd ingredients .
