Mobile - delegation notifications, bug fixes

Ecency mobile app received minor update to address few bugs discovered in last update and we added delegations notifications into our notification service. Read on to learn more details about this update below.

What's new

Delegation notifications, now you will know when someone delegates you some Hive Power (vests). Delegations also visible in activities.
Notifications service update, also fixed to ignore lower reputation accounts from notifying. In coming days we will improve this further by using muting check instead of reputation check.
Splash Animation, improved dark and light theme
Media, Image insert, bug fixes on inserting newly uploaded image
Profile comments/replies, bug fixes on showing profile comments and replies
Notifications scroll, bug fixes on scroll positioning after notification is opened
Post end scroll, bug fixes on end of scroll crashes happening on some devices
Language updates

Hi @ecensy. I have almost 5 months using the app, and also in the browser, they seem to me something too useful, even if I am not quite familiar.

An so, the points option seem to me the most useful initiative, especially for some publications that are of low rating, thanks for that.

Recently, I met a friend who mentioned to me that, before you could push a little more than what it is now, which is 3.333, before 8 htu or something more.

I wanted to know if that option will be back or was it permanently removed.
