Our second Blockchain event took place at a very beautiful conference centre not very far from the Dubai International airport. The „World Blockchain and Token Summit“ brought together a diverse range of local and international speakers to discuss about cryptocurrency use cases and how to master possible technical hurdles with the help of Blockchain technology.
Uma @mrs.steemit (Founder and COO of APPICS) gave a 20 minute presentation on how APPICS is using Blockchain technology with the aim of rewarding APPICS users for their time and energy they spend on social media. In addition to the 20 minute presentation Uma also participated at the „Women in Blockchain“ panel. The panel was mainly about how to inspire more women to enter the Blockchain and Cryptocurrency world. At the end of the second day we were honored for the best „Media and Social Network“, which of course made us really happy and proud - It was our second award from Dubai!
Interesting and successful conversations accompanied us over these two days. With this post, we would like to thank everyone who showed such great interest in Appics and supported us during our time in Dubai.

Brother you need to understand statements a lot better.

Simply meaning. I (teknow) DO NOT select my words in accordance to how others may or may not receive them. I simply portray what I observe, by the utilization of language. In this case, the written form.
Therefore, if offence is taken, it is the concern of the individual taking my words as an offence. For whatever reason that may be. Again, that is within the individual. Out of my concern and control.
Do remember though. A fragile mind is a weak mind. A mind controlled. A mind rotted by external influence. A mind without Self Identity. No self worth. A mind which is easily dominated by mere words. DO NOT allow yourself to exist with such a corrupted mind.

They silent banned me when I started to ask questions about the project. Even wrote a Steemit post about it. They ignore anything that ask real questions and pretend it doesn't exist. They only reply to people that doesn't ask any questions. There was another guy giving quality feedback called aRios that they also banned I think. Anyone that ask questions will be banned and ignored. It's like they think nobody will notice and now they just try to grab as much cash as quickly as possible.
It's looking that way. One of the founders even pointed out that they ARE for profit.
Which is why the newly listed company was set up in Switzerland. Beyond all that, there is just no buzz about Appics outside of steemit. It's a sad sight as there was so much potential in Appics.
